Cancellation Policy
📸 Themed Daycare Photoshoot Policy 1. Payment Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your child’s spot. 2. Image Selection & Upgrades After the photoshoot, you will receive a proof gallery via a private online link to select your favourite images. You will also have the option to upgrade to the full gallery for an additional cost. 3. Scheduling & Outfits We will arrange the photoshoot on a day your child is already attending the centre. Once the date is confirmed, we will send you all the details so you can prepare and send any chosen outfits to daycare for the session (outfits can also be provided if required). 4. Cancellations If you need to cancel for any reason, please note that we cannot offer a refund. However, we will happily reschedule your child for a mini photoshoot at another themed event or at our studio.
