At Wanderlust Light & Lens, we bring the studio directly to you, creating a personalized photoshoot experience in the comfort of your own home. From the delicate first days of your newborn to the joy of family moments, the glow of maternity, the connection between couples, and the celebration of meaningful milestones, we capture each chapter with care and artistry. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy – Wanderlust Light & Lens By Kristy Lee To provide the best possible service and ensure fairness to all clients, the following booking terms apply to all photography sessions. ⸻ Booking Deposit • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your session date and time. • This deposit confirms your booking and is deducted from your total session fee. • Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit is received. ⸻ Rescheduling • You may reschedule your session once without penalty if at least 72 hours’ notice is provided. • Requests to reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice may require a new booking deposit. • Rescheduled sessions must take place within 3 months of the original booking date. • Further reschedules will require a new booking and deposit. ⸻ Cancellations • If you choose to cancel your session for any reason, your booking deposit is non-refundable. • Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the scheduled time may result in the full session fee being payable, at the photographer’s discretion. ⸻ Illness or Emergencies • If you, your child, or a member of your booked group becomes unwell, please contact me as soon as possible so we can arrange a new date. • As I work closely with newborns and young families, I have a strict illness policy for everyone’s safety. • If I am unable to attend due to illness or an emergency, your session will be rescheduled at no extra cost, or your deposit will be refunded in full. ⸻ Late Arrivals • Please arrive on time to ensure you receive the full session experience. • Sessions will finish at the originally scheduled time to accommodate other bookings. ⸻ By booking a session with Wanderlust Light & Lens by Kristy Lee, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
