Cancellation Policy

Wanderlust Light & Lens Photography Policies To ensure a smooth and professional experience for all clients, please review the following policies before booking your session. 1. Booking & Deposits A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your session date. The remaining balance is due the day of your scheduled session or if multiple shoots booked its the day of your first session. Sessions are confirmed only after the deposit is received. 2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Cancellations made 7 days before the session will receive a credit toward a future session. Same-day cancellations or no-shows will forfeit the deposit. Rescheduling is subject to availability and should be requested at least 3 days in advance. 3. Session Timing & Location Please arrive on time to maximize your session duration. Late arrivals may result in reduced shooting time. Travel fees may apply for locations outside 60k zones. The client is responsible for obtaining any necessary permissions for private or restricted locations. 4. Images & Editing All images are professionally edited and delivered in high-resolution digital format unless otherwise agreed. Minor retouching (skin smoothing, color correction) is included. Extensive retouching or alterations may incur additional fees. Turnaround time for edited images is typically 2-6 weeks. 5. Usage & Copyright Wanderlust Light & Lens retains full copyright to all images. Clients receive a license for personal use. Commercial use requires written permission or a separate licensing agreement. Sharing images on social media is encouraged, but crediting Wanderlust Light & Lens is appreciated. 6. Professional Hair, Makeup & Videography Add-Ons Hair, makeup, and videography services are optional add-ons and must be booked in advance. Pricing for add-ons will be provided upon request and confirmed at booking. 7. Liability Wanderlust Light & Lens is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or damages that occur during a session. Clients assume responsibility for their belongings and personal property during the shoot. 8. Client Cooperation For the best results, clients are encouraged to communicate their vision, style preferences, and any special requests ahead of the session.
